Étape 1: Technique « Kill Dried » sur le bois

Une procédure qui consiste essentiellement en un traitement de séchage artificiel pour le rendre plus fort et réduire le poids avant de travailler sur d’autres traitements.

Étape 2: Apprêt

Il s’agit d’un apprêt protecteur à base d’eau contenant des biocides, dont le but est de protéger et d’embellir tout type de bois, que ce soit pour une utilisation à l’intérieur ou à l’extérieur. Ce traitement rehausse la beauté naturelle du bois, le colorant et le protégeant de son refroidissement. Contient des agents fongicides et insecticides capables de fournir au bois une protection biologique préventive efficace contre les vers à bois et les champignons bleuissants pour les bois exposés à la classe de risque 2.

Les produits que nous utilisons (Iruxil W-I et Iruxil W-I Color) ont un enregistrement sanitaire du Ministère de la Santé et de la Consommation (ENREGISTREMENT N° 16-80-05467) et sont approuvés par la Marque de Qualité CIDEMCO (Centre de Recherche et de Développement du Bois et Construction) selon des tests effectués selon la norme européenne EN 927.

Étape 3: Trois couches de peinture

La couleur standard que nous appliquons à la plupart de nos produits est Noisette, mais nous pouvons appliquer n’importe quelle couleur sur demande.

Étape 4: Protection incolore et anti-graffiti (facultative)

En dernière étape, nous appliquons une couche de protection incolore, qui est un protecteur décoratif pour le matériau exposé à l’extérieur, qui protège le bois et lui assure une longue durée de vie. Pour garantir la durabilité de l’acier dans les environnements extérieurs, nous traitons le matériau par grenaillage, qui vise à éliminer toute accumulation de poussière, de saleté ou d’autres particules susceptibles d’affecter la texture de la surface métallique. Nous appliquons également un apprêt avant de peindre. De cette façon, nous nous assurons de laisser l’acier « vierge », sans impuretés, afin que la peinture soit bien imprégnée et ait une longue durée de vie dans le GG40, qui est la fonte la plus moderne. C’est avec ce type de fer que nous fabriquons toutes nos plaques d’égout, grilles, caniveaux, regards et éléments de mobilier urbain.

Comparé au GG20, une fonte grise plus traditionnelle, le GG40 est plus résistant et nécessite moins de poids.

Le GG40 est composé d’un mélange de 2 matières premières principales:

• Débris métalliques provenant de la mise au rebut d’automobiles et de machines.
• Lingot, ou fer neuf, issu de la matière première extraite de la terre.
